Speakers Bios
Mr Mark Yip currently oversees the growth of over 3,200 associates and overall expansion of the company as Chief Executive Officer of Huttons Group. Since coming onboard, he has launched several initiatives such as Millionaire Associate Program, Millennial, Recruitment Challenge and revamped the training for associates. Huttons has also won the SBR Technology Excellence Awards 2021 in April.
Mr Mark Yip was appointed as City Developments Limited (CDL)’s Chief Marketing Officer in 2014, heading the Marketing & Sales, and Leasing operations of residential, retail and commercial spaces. On 1 February 2018, Mr Yip was re-designated Chief Revenue Officer, responsible for driving revenue growth and revenue-generating activities through departments & countries. In addition, Mr Yip was also CEO of CDL China Limited, an appointment held since April 2016.
Mr Yip holds a Bachelor and Masters of Business and was recipient of the Logistics Management Group Prize from RMIT in Melbourne. He completed the Senior Executive Programme at London Business School and Asia Pacific Advanced Management Programme from the National University of Singapore.

Sze Teck graduated from NUS with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate, followed by a Master’s in Estate Management. He graduated with distinction, winning the top student for his cohort, the SISV Gold medal and the prestigious Lee Kwan Yew Gold medal awards!
Since graduation, Sze Teck has garnered broad experience with both government-linked and private organizations including Colliers, JTC, Surbana Jurong.
Sze Teck is a much-sought analyst & trainer who covers the residential, industrial and office markets in Singapore. He has carried out feasibility studies, market studies, rental studies, development concept studies for developers, funds and companies looking to invest in the property market. He has also published reports on Singapore and the Asia Pacific region which were covered extensively by Business Times, Straits Times, Zaobao, EdgeProp and Today. With more than 15 years of experience under his belt and countless awards in his name, Rex Tan is a force to be reckoned with.
Since 2015, he has been ranked Top Associate Group District Director (2015), Top Associate Senior Group District Director (2016-2019), Top Associate Executive Group District Director (2019-2020) and Deputy Chairman for Agency Executive Committee.
He currently manages more than 800 agents at Huttons Asia, and is a figure looked up to by many in the industry.

Kevin started his career by marketing resale units in District 15 as a rookie and achieved Top 3 Producers in Huttons consistently. He then ventured into new launches and one of the most successful projects marketed was Cote D’Azur, where he completed more than 100 sales and rental transactions out of the 612 units.
Over the next few years, Mr Geow started team-building with his senior leaders; Ms Mary Tan, Mr Rex Tan, Ms Julynn Ngiam, Mr Davidz Wan and Mr Desmond Lim. They created modules for project marketing to impart practical knowledge as Project ICs and constantly encourage salespersons to adapt new methods and retain a competitive edge. KGD holds a strong belief that even as a leader, creative learning never stops.
Mr Stuart Chng is a renowned leader and personality in the real estate industry.
Professionally, he is a licensed real estate agent, an avid stocks, options and real estate investor, business owner, team leader, speaker and columnist for several property newsletters and blogs and is often quoted in media interviews on 938FM, Channel 8, PropertyReport, PropertyGuru and other publications.
Throughout his career, he has helped many clients grow their wealth through selecting great property investments and managing their portfolios actively.
Stuart has also coached many top million dollar producing agents from different real estate agencies in Singapore.
